Clause 23

Amendment of section 80K

Section 80K of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “licensee” wherever it appears in subsections (1), (2) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “cleaning business licensee”;

(b)

by deleting the word “licensee’s” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “cleaning business licensee’s”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “section 80H(1)(d)” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “section 80H(1)(b)”.
