Amendment of section 111
Section 111 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1A), the following subsection:“(1B) Regulations made under this section may provide for —
(a)
different prescribed components referred to in paragraphs (b) and (c) of the definition of “progressive wage model bonus” in section 2, in respect of cleaners, waste collection workers and waste disposal workers, respectively; and
(b)
different prescribed conditions referred to in sections 23A(1) and (2), 31AA(1) and (2) and 80H(1) for different classes of waste disposal licences, waste collector licences and cleaning business licences, respectively.”.
