Amendment of section 20
Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “dumps or disposes” in subsection (1)(a), the words “, or causes or permits the dumping or disposal,”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “uses” in subsection (1)(b), the words “, or permits the use of,”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “a licence granted by the Director‑General under section 23(1)” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “a waste disposal licence granted by the Director‑General under section 23(2)”.
