Amendment of section 2
In the principal Act, in section 2(1) —
(a)
after the definition of “intercept”, insert —“ “national digital identity service” has the meaning given by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule;”;
(b)
in the definition of “program or computer program”, replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and
(c)
after the definition of “program or computer program”, insert —“ “user”, in relation to the national digital identity service, has the meaning given by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule.”.
