References to permission of court in Family Justice Act 2014 before certain date
Despite sections 3, 5 and 8, before the date of commencement of section 29(b) and (c) of the Courts (Civil and Criminal Justice) Reform Act 2021, any reference to an order giving or refusing permission in section 11A, 23(2C) or 29C(3) is to be read as a reference to an order giving or refusing the leave of court.
