Clause 39

in Part 1, after item 9, insert —“10.Disclosure is necessary for compliance with an order of the General Division of the High Court or a Family Court under section 86(3) of the Women’s Charter 1961 served on the bank.The chief maintenance enforcement officer, for use by any maintenance enforcement officer in relation to an application under section 80 of the Women’s Charter 1961. ”; and

in Part 3, after the definition of “approved member”, insert —“ “chief maintenance enforcement officer” and “maintenance enforcement officer” have the meanings given by section 76(1) of the Women’s Charter 1961;”.
