Consequential amendments to Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2004
In the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2004 —
(a)
in section 21(b), after “approved”, insert “or deemed approved”; and
(b)
in section 26(4)(a)(i) and (ii), after “filed”, insert “or lodged”.
