Consequential amendments to Land Betterment Charge Act 2021
In the Land Betterment Charge Act 2021 —
(a)
in section 2(1), in the definition of “provisional permission”, after “section 17(1)”, insert “or 17A(2)”;
(b)
in sections 8(3)(d) and (e) and 26(2)(d), replace “final permission” with “written permission”; and
(c)
in sections 8(3)(d) and (e) and 26(2)(d), replace “section 17(4)” with “section 14 or 17(4) (as the case may be)”.
