Amendment of section 48A

Section 48A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “and time” in subsection (1)(a) and (b);

(b)

by deleting subsections (2), (4) and (5); and

(c)

by deleting the words “subsections (1) and (2)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “subsection (1)”.
