Amendment of section 56

Section 56 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “at a polling station” in subsection (1), the words “under section 39(4) or every other person so authorised under regulations made under section 47C(1)(d)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “and agent” in subsection (3), the words “authorised under section 39(4) and every person authorised under regulations made under section 47C(1)(d)”.
