Amendment of section 11

In the principal Act, in section 11 —

(a)

in the section heading, replace “applicants” with “parents”;

(b)

in subsection (1), replace “an applicant” with “a parent”;

(c)

in subsection (1), replace “an application may be made on the applicant’s” with “the application may be made on the parent’s”;

(d)

in subsection (1), replace paragraph (a) with —“(a)any family member of the parent;”;

(e)

in subsection (1), in paragraphs (b) and (c), replace “applicant” with “parent”;

(f)

in subsection (2), replace “an applicant mentioned in that subsection” with “the parent”;

(g)

in subsection (2), replace “applicant’s” with “parent’s”; and

(h)

delete subsection (3).
