Clause 17

In the principal Act, replace section 20A with —“Protection from personal liability20A. No liability shall lie personally against the president, a deputy president or a member of the Tribunal, or the Commissioner, a mediator or a conciliation officer, for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in the discharge or purported discharge of his or her functions or duties under this Act.”.
