Clause 22

Section 68B of the principal Act (as inserted by section 15) does not apply in relation to an overpayment, erroneous payment or erroneous collection of any money, made before the date of commencement of section 15, if the claim for a refund or return of any money so overpaid, erroneously paid or erroneously collected is made to the Public Utilities Board before that date.

For a period of 2 years after the date of commencement of any provision of this Act, the Minister may, by regulations, prescribe such additional provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of that provision as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
