Amendment of section 15

In the principal Act, in section 15(3)(b) —

(a)

delete “, subject to sections 325(1) and 330(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010,”; and

(b)

replace “that section” with “section 325(1)(a) or (b) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010”.
