Amendment of section 32
In the principal Act, in section 32, after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) If a person is ordered to be removed from Singapore under subsection (1), the Controller may repatriate the person to —
(a)
the person’s place of embarkation;
(b)
the country of the person’s birth or citizenship; or
(c)
any other place designated by the Controller.”.
