Amendment of section 34

In the principal Act, in section 34 —

(a)

delete subsection (2);

(b)

in subsection (3), replace “Subject to the determination of any appeal under section 33, any” with “Any”; and

(c)

in subsection (3), replace “or train” wherever it appears with “, train or bus”.
