Amendment of section 46
In the principal Act, in section 46 —
(a)
in subsections (1)(a) and (2), replace “or train” with “, train or bus”;
(b)
in subsection (1), replace paragraph (c) with —“(c)arrives at any authorised airport, authorised train checkpoint or authorised point of entry in Singapore in any aircraft, train or bus (as the case may be) and is required to leave Singapore under section 25, 25A or 26, as the case may be,”; and
(c)
in subsections (1) and (2), after “master,”, insert “operator,”.
