Amendment of section 49
In the principal Act, in section 49 —
(a)
in subsection (2), before “owner” wherever it appears, insert “operator,”; and
(b)
in subsection (3), replace “or the owner or the agent of the offender or owner” with “, or the operator or owner, or the agent of the offender, operator or owner”.
