Related amendments to Silver Support Scheme Act 2015
In the Silver Support Scheme Act 2015, in section 2 —
(a)
after the definition of “means information”, insert —“ “permanent resident of Singapore” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Immigration Act 1959;”; and
(b)
in the definition of “public scheme”, in paragraph (b), after “citizens”, insert “of Singapore”.
