Amendment of section 8
In the principal Act, in section 8 —
(a)
after “the authority” wherever it appears, insert “or licensed FTZ operator of the free trade zone”;
(b)
renumber the section as subsection (1) of that section; and (c)after subsection (1), insert —“(2) The authority or licensed FTZ operator must, within the prescribed period after each authorisation of any retail trade under subsection (1), submit to the Director‑General the prescribed information and documents in respect of the authorisation.”.
