Clause 24

Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “at a polling station” in subsection (1), the words “under section 22(5) or every other person so authorised under regulations made under section 30C(1)(d)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “and agent” in subsection (3), the words “authorised under section 22(5) and every person authorised under regulations made under section 30C(1)(d)”.
