Amendment of section 45

Section 45 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “appointed by” in subsection (1), the words “the candidate,”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “The” in subsection (1B), the words “candidate, the”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “he or she has appointed” in subsection (1B) and substituting the words “that has been appointed”.
