Clause 4

Section 8A of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) To avoid doubt, subsection (2)(b) includes a case in a reserved election where the applicant does not state in his or her community declaration that he or she considers himself or herself to be a member of the community to which the election is reserved.”.
