Amendment of section 10G
In the principal Act, in section 10G —
(a)
in subsections (3)(c) and (3G), replace “is suffering from” with “has”; and
(b)
in subsection (8)(c)(ii), replace “begins to suffer from” with “is diagnosed to have”.
