Amendment of section 101

In the principal Act, in section 101 —

(a)

in subsection (1), replace “or 96A” with “, 96A or 105M”;

(b)

in subsection (2), after “96A,”, insert “105M(1) and (1B),”; and

(c)

in subsection (3), replace “, 98 or 105M” with “or 98”.
