Amendment of section 25

In the principal Act, in section 25 —

(a)

in subsection (1)(d), delete “and” at the end;

(b)

in subsection (1), after paragraph (d), insert —“(da)any other document prescribed under subsection (7); and”;

(c)

in subsection (7)(c), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(d)

in subsection (7), after paragraph (c), insert —“(d)any other documents which must accompany an application made under subsection (1).”.
