Amendment of section 51
In the principal Act, in section 51(1), replace paragraphs (a) and (b) with —“(a)the date of nomination which must be between the 8th day and the 15th day (both days inclusive) of the month of October that year;
(b)
the date of election which must be between the 22nd day and the 31st day (both days inclusive) of the month of October that year; and”.
