Clause 24

New section 81A

In the principal Act, before section 82, insert —“Reference to regulated legal practitioner excludes lawyer (NP)81A. In this Part, a reference to a regulated legal practitioner excludes a lawyer (NP) who has in force a provisional practising certificate.”.
