Amendment of section 169
In the principal Act, in section 169, after subsection (8), insert —“(8A) Where a Joint Law Venture does not have any regulated foreign lawyer or solicitor registered under section 36E, the Director of Legal Services may revoke the Joint Law Venture licence issued to the foreign law practice and the Singapore law practice in accordance with section 174.”.
