Clause 41

In the principal Act, in section 171, after subsection (6), insert —“(6A) Where a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice does not have any regulated foreign lawyer or solicitor registered under section 36E, the Director of Legal Services may revoke the Qualifying Foreign Law Practice licence of the Qualifying Foreign Law Practice in accordance with section 175.”.
