Amendment of section 177
In the principal Act, in section 177(4), replace paragraph (c) with —“(c)the foreign lawyer concerned to cease —
(i)
to be a partner, a director or an officer of the Singapore law practice concerned; and
(ii)
to act in such capacity, within such time as the Director of Legal Services may specify.”.
