Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act is the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2023.(2) Sections 2, 9, 10, 12, 17(c), (d), (e) and (f), 21 and 22(7), (8) and (9) are deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2023.
