in subsection (2), after “letter”, insert “with effect from a date determined by the Minister”;

replace subsection (3) with —“(3) Where a certificate or letter is revoked under subsection (2), the provisions of this Act cease to have effect from the date determined by the Minister under that subsection.”;

in subsection (4), replace “or 37” with “, 37, 40A or 40E(1)(b)”;

in subsection (4)(a), replace “or the approval of royalties, fees or contributions under section 37” with “, the approval of royalties, fees or contributions under section 37, or the approval of an activity under section 40A or 40E(1)(b)”;

in subsection (4)(b), replace “or 37(3)(a)” with “, 37(3)(a), 40A(4)(a) or 40E(1)(b)”; and

in subsection (4)(e), replace “or the approved royalties, fees or contributions” with “, the approved royalties, fees or contributions, or the approved activity”.
