Amendment of section 2
In the principal Act, in section 2, replace subsection (6) with —“(6) In this Act, a reference to the amount payable on a member’s death out of the Fund is to be construed as a reference to the balance standing to the credit of the member in the Fund —
(a)
as computed from time to time by the Board after being notified of the member’s death; and
(b)
taking into account anything done under section 75.”.
