Amendment of section 62
In the principal Act, in section 62 —
(a)
in subsection (1), replace “prescribed notice” with “notice”; and
(b)
replace subsection (8) with —“(8) The form of the notice to be utilised for the purposes of subsection (1) must be in a form determined by the Board.”.
