Amendment of section 17

Section 17 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)wholly and permanently stop, except upon the lapsing of a licence, providing any licensable healthcare service to which the licence relates; or”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “, or stop using the premises or conveyance specified in the licence, as the case may be” in subsection (2)(a).
