Amendment of section 18
Section 18(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(a)if the licensee is —
(i)
an individual — on the date the licensee dies; or
(ii)
a partnership or body corporate or an unincorporated association — on the date the partnership, body corporate or association ceases to exist; or
(b)
on the date the last valid approval for any permanent premises, conveyance or other service delivery mode in respect of the licence is cancelled under section 20(3A).”.
