Amendment of section 21

Section 21 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 20(2)” in subsections (1)(b), (2), (4) and (5), the words “or (3A)”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 20(2)(b)(viii)” in subsections (7), (8) and (9), the words “or (3A)(b)(v)”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 20(1)(b)” in subsection (7), the words “or (3)(a)”.
