Clause 9

Section 12(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(b)state every approved permanent premises and approved conveyance, as the case may be; (ba)state every service delivery mode by which the licensee is approved under section 11B to provide the licensable healthcare service;

(bb)state every approved specified service (if any); and”.
