Clause 12

Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “controlled drug”, the words “or psychoactive substance”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the drug”, the words “or psychoactive substance”.
