Amendment of section 22

Section 22 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “controlled drug” wherever they appear, the words “or psychoactive substance”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 8(b)”, the words “or 11I(1)(b), as the case may be”.
