Amendment of section 31B
Section 31B of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “section 8(b)” in subsection (1), the words “or 11I(1)(b)”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “controlled drug” in the definitions of “oral fluid test” and “oral fluid testing device” in subsection (3), the words “or psychoactive substance”.
