Amendment of section 59
Section 59 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “and Fourth Schedules” and substituting the words “, Fourth or Fifth Schedule”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “Third and Fourth Schedules” in the section heading and substituting the words “Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules”.
