Consequential amendment to Environmental Public Health Act 1987
Section 2 of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987 is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “drugs” in paragraph (c) of the definition of “food”, the words “or psychoactive substances within the meaning of section 2 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1973”.
