Clause 41

Consequential and related amendments to Road Vehicles (Special Powers) Act 1960

Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Road Vehicles (Special Powers) Act 1960 is amended by deleting the words “sections 7 and 8(a)” in sub‑paragraph (g) and substituting the words “sections 5, 6, 7 and 8(a)”.

(2)

Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Road Vehicles (Special Powers) Act 1960, as amended by subsection (1), is further amended by deleting the words “and 8(a)” in sub‑paragraph (g) and substituting the words “, 8(a), 11F(1), 11G(1), 11H(1) and 11I(1)(a)”.
