Amendment of section 37

In the principal Act, in section 37 —

(a)

replace subsection (1) with —“(1) The Minister may make such regulations as may be necessary or expedient to carry out the purposes and provisions of this Act and for prescribing anything that may be required, authorised or permitted to be prescribed by this Act.”; and

(b)

in subsection (2)(g), after “exit permits”, insert “, including exemptions from the requirements under section 32 for any class of prescribed persons or in prescribed circumstances”.
