Amendment of section 43
In the principal Act, in section 43 —
(a)
in subsection (7)(b), after sub‑paragraph (i), insert —“(ia)bringing an action to seek an order for a civil penalty under section 37A(1) or 37C(1) — where the information relates to the contravention in respect of which the civil penalty is sought;”; and
(b)
in subsection (10)(c), replace “section 18” with “section 35C”.
