Amendment of section 39
In the BSI Act, in section 39(1) —
(a)
in paragraph (a), after sub-paragraph (i), insert —“(ia)any condition of approval under section 19;”; and
(b)
in paragraph (f)(i), replace “chief executive” with “chief executive officer”.
