Amendment of section 86H

In the MPA Act, in section 86H —

(a)

in the section heading, after “remedial directions”, insert “issued under section 86G”;

(b)

in subsection (1), replace paragraph (a) with —“(a)any other written law;”;

(c)

in subsection (1)(c), after “memorandum or articles of association”, insert “, limited liability partnership agreement, partnership contract”; and

(d)

in subsection (3), replace “a winding up” with “the winding up, dissolution, termination or deregistration”.
