In the Rapid Transit Systems Act 1995 (called in this Part the RTS Act), in the long title, replace “, to transfer the functions, assets and liabilities of the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore” with “and the control of entities providing essential transport services and their equity interest holders”.
